CareClean Cleaning Services will provide you with high quality work always. Usually two people will clean your house. But depending of the amount of work to get done can be three or four.

We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why CareClean Cleaning Services does not ask you to sign a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better.

Our normal workdays are Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. CareClean Cleaning Services will schedule a set time for each appointment.

So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.

We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, CareClean  Cleaning Services will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.

No. CareClean Cleaning Services brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies.

Most of our customers are not home when we clean. Only the Professionals who will be cleaning your home will have access to your home. To insure added security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced.

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit, we appreciate a 48-hour notice.

Customers find it convenient to pay by check and leave it in a designated area. Checks should be made payable to CareClean Cleaning Services. Payment should be made on the day of each cleaning visit.

Not always, it really depends on your home. If your home is very clean we will always do the same things, if you have a busy home with kids, pets and a lot of traffic, dust, clutter, etc. we will always do our best, but will focus on the dirtiest of areas first.

We ask that you do this only to avoid a problem. If your valuables are put away and locked up, you will know exactly where they are. And if they are missing, you will notice that they are missing before we arrive, rather than after. If you have something that is missing, please let us know so that we can keep an eye out for the lost items and to be sure we don’t vacuum it up if it’s something small.

Absolutely! We want you to use our services as efficiently as possible to get the most for you money. Please let us know as soon as you can if you would like to alternate areas of your home.
