1. The service
Nano (“CareClean Sheets (Read Only)”) is an internal tool operated by CareClean and hosted in Notion. It reads a designated Google Sheet for business information and scheduling benchmarks. It is read-only: it cannot edit, delete, or otherwise modify the spreadsheet.
2. Intended users
Nano is intended for CareClean’s internal business use by authorized personnel. It is not offered as a public service, and access may be restricted or revoked by CareClean at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Nano, not to attempt to access data beyond what you are authorized to access, not to interfere with or disrupt its operation, and to comply with all applicable laws when using it.
4. Review of outputs
Nano’s outputs support internal business tasks and may contain errors or omissions. Authorized CareClean personnel must review calculations, schedules, and work orders before relying on them. Availability depends on Google, Notion, and valid account authorization.
5. Data handling
How Nano handles Google data — including what is accessed, how it is used and stored, and how access can be revoked — is described in the Privacy Policy for Nano: CareClean Sheets (Read Only). By using Nano, you acknowledge that policy.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
Nano is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, Nano.
7. Changes and termination
CareClean may modify, suspend, or discontinue Nano at any time. CareClean may update these terms; the current version will be posted with its effective date, and continued use of Nano after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
