Privacy Policy — Nano: CareClean Sheets (Read Only)

1. What Nano is

Nano (“CareClean Sheets (Read Only)”) is an internal tool operated by CareClean and hosted in Notion. Its sheet reader connects to Google Sheets to read business information and scheduling benchmarks from an authorized CareClean spreadsheet. The reader is read-only: it cannot edit, delete, or otherwise modify the spreadsheet.

This policy covers the Google Sheets reader connection. Nano also maintains a separate Google Calendar connection used for scheduling workflows (with its own permissions, which include reading and searching calendars, writing events, and reading contacts). That Calendar connection is separate from the Sheets reader described in this policy.

2. Google data we access

The Sheets reader is restricted in code to a single authorized CareClean Google Sheets workbook, and it can read that workbook’s individual tabs.
Google’s authorization grants read-only access to spreadsheets available to the connected Google account. Nano’s current reader is restricted in code to one designated CareClean workbook. The permission itself is broader than one workbook; the single-workbook restriction comes from our implementation.
Access is read-only, granted through the Google account connected by CareClean.
The Sheets connection requests read-only Google Sheets access only. It does not request access to Gmail, the Google Drive API, Google Calendar, or Google Contacts.

3. How we use the data

The reader retrieves fresh values from the authorized workbook and returns them through Notion’s hosted Worker service to support CareClean’s internal business and scheduling tasks.
The reader does not maintain an automatic workbook cache or database synchronization.
Selected information or derived results may be retained in Notion chats, pages, work orders, PDFs, or saved task files to support CareClean’s internal business tasks.

Information retained from the reader, as described in Section 3, is kept in Notion and related task records for as long as needed for CareClean’s business purposes.
We have not verified a fixed deletion period for Notion Worker execution outputs or logs, so we make no promise that transient processing records are deleted immediately.
According to Notion’s published policies: on non-Enterprise plans (such as Business), Notion’s large-language-model providers retain customer data for 30 days or fewer by default, and customer data is not used for model training by default. This is not a blanket deletion period for Notion pages, files, or Worker records.

5. Sharing

Google user data is shared only with service providers that process it in order to deliver the service — namely Notion and its infrastructure and AI subprocessors. Notion identifies providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with any other third parties.
Our use and transfer of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. Security practices

The reader’s code restricts access to the single authorized workbook, and the connection is read-only.
We do not publish the spreadsheet’s private link, its contents, or OAuth credentials.

7. Revoking access

The Google account holder can revoke Nano’s access at any time:

Visit https://myaccount.google.com/linkedapps, select Nano’s Sheets reader connection, and follow the available option to remove its access to Google Account data; or
Contact CareClean using the details in Section 9 and we will disconnect it.

After revocation, the reader cannot retrieve any new data. Data already retained as described in Section 4 remains subject to this policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page’s URL together with its effective date.
